How to Delete Your User Account

If you wish to delete your BillQ account and its personal data, send us a deletion request:

Email us: write to support@tinisoft.in with the subject "BillQ account deletion", from the email address you sign in with. If you sign in with your mobile number, you can instead send the request on WhatsApp to 94439 97651 from that number.
Tell us what to delete: your login (mobile number or email), and whether to delete only your login or also the shop and all its data (for shop owners).
Confirmation: we confirm the request with you, then delete the account and its personal data within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

Note: Account deletion is permanent. Your login and personal details, and, when you ask for the shop to be deleted, its bills, products and settings, are erased and cannot be recovered. Payment and GST invoice records are kept as long as the law requires. Bills saved on a device stay there until the app is uninstalled.
